PlanWell BidCaster Workflow
Generate ITBs in just five easy steps.

  1. Set up the broadcast and assemble your project information (including attachments) to be either emailed or transmitted via fax.
  2. Compose your message, and customize your ITB template with your company logo and contact information.
  3. Select recipients from your address book and choose email, fax, or both in order to deliver your ITB.
  4. If you’re using PlanWell Enterprise, select the plans and specs in your online plan room to be made available to bidders.
  5. Preview the ITB and send a test invitation before starting the broadcast. When ready, launch the broadcast with one click of the mouse.

Once they’ve received your ITB, potential bidders can reply with a “yes” or “no” acknowledgement. Over the course of the ITB, you can see who has responded and view their responses online.
