Choosing plans is as simple as navigating a directory structure similar to the directory on your computer. Once you’ve made your selection, place an order with detailed production instructions. Order on account, indicate payment upon delivery, or use a credit card to pay for your drawings.

Plan sets and even single sheets can be ordered with detailed and individual distribution instructions, or you can simply match full sets of drawings to their intended recipients and indicate how you want them delivered.

Conveniently organize project plans in public or private planrooms.
You can post plans in Public Plan rooms with no access restrictions, or in a Private Plan room with restricted user names and passwords. You can even choose to make only specific documents available to “Guests” who log in with special permissions.
Access the “Most Current Set” in one click.
Whenever you choose to view or order the “Most Current Set”, the database compiles the most recently issued plans, regardless of older versions of the plan existing in earlier issues.
Maintain and organize past issues of plans.
Drawings can be maintained in their own separate directory throughout the life of the project. If you post the first concept sketch, you’ll be able to find it easily and quickly even if you are deep into the building phase. No document is ever “overwritten” in PlanWell Enterprise.
Allow plan room access and ordering directly from an email.
Links to the plan room can be included in an e-mail and the recipient need only click on that link to access the plan room. No passwords to remember, just fast access to the plan room. You can set up the order ahead of time so that subs or consultants need only click on “Submit Order” once they’ve entered the plan room.
Import names and contact information into the Address Book from popular desktop software.
If your team members are listed in Word, Excel, Outlook or other applications that allow you to export text, you can import them straight into PlanWell Enterprise’s Address Book. Once there, you can search and organize contacts for use in distributions, order and change notifications, and even broadcast e-mail to them.

Planholders List tracks plan recipients and their orders.
View your planholders list in three different ways - with contact information only; with a detailed listing of orders by recipient, date or order number; or by listing the recipients who have received a particular sheet or set.
